Raňajky: Vločky zapečené s čučoriedkami, jahodami a banánom
Desiata:
Obed: Cestoviny so syrovou omáčkou a hubami
Olovrant:
Večera: Parmezán + šunka + zelenina
Povečera: 
 
800 kcal. 
 
Pohyb: chôdza
Docestovala som na Veľkú noc za rodinou,
bude to ťažké :/
